Regulations are now available for the third round of the Clonakilty Blackpudding Irish Tarmac Rally Championship, the Cartell.ie International Rally of the Lakes which takes place from the 2nd to the 4th May 2014. The regulations can be downloaded from www.rallyofthelakes.com/competitors.html. The event is also the fourth round of both the Irish Tarmac Modified Championship and the Irish Tarmac Historic Championship.
