The T.R.O.A. would like to advise Junior competitors who intend to compete on the forthcoming Circuit of Ireland Junior Rally, Round 3 of the Clonakilty Blackpudding Irish Tarmac Junior Championship, that regulations will be available over the coming weekend at the West Cork Rally. These regulations which are subject to MSA approval can be collected from David Gray (Chairman), Paddy Flanagan (Championship Manager) and Colman Hegarty (T.R.O.A. Director) over the coming weekend.
