Second overall in the Joule Donegal International Rally was enough to give Alastair Fisher & Gordon Noble maximum points in the fourth rounds of the Clonakilty Blackpudding Irish Tarmac Rally Championship. However despite coming out on top of an event long battle with great rivals Sam Moffett & Karl Atkinson, Sam still leads the series by 7.5 points with two rounds to go. A puncture disrupted Josh Moffetts progress but fifth overall in the rally was enough to see him to move into third place overall in the championship. Notable retirements included Robert Barrable & Aaron MacHale who both crashed out, and Joe McGonigle who had driveshaft failure on the final day in his Skoda having worked his way back up to seventh overall after losing three minutes on the opening stage.
