The T.R.O.A. has received a letter from the Killarney and District Motor Club stating that their Historic Rally postponed from its original date of 5th December 2015 is now formally cancelled.
Therefore in accordance with the 2016 Historic Championship Regulations Article 6.1, the number of counting rounds will be 7 out of 8.
