Junior Champions test with M-Sport

The inaugural winner of the ‘Frank Meagher Trophy’ for winning the #ITRC Junior Championship, John O’Sullivan got to sample R5 power recently as part of his prize for securing the 2015 championship.

“It was an amazing experience to get behind the wheel of the R5 Ford Fiesta, I have been driving the R2 version of the car this year but the R5 is a jump into the stratosphere. So much grip, power and speed it was mind bending!”

“I have had a very good 2016 in the Tarmac Championship, we started the year in the Honda Civic that we won the Junior championship in 2015, but changed to a Ford Fiesta R2 mid way through ed-trio.com/buy-viagra-online season. It took a while to get use to the Fiesta and to get it setup to my liking, but we still managed to finished 3rd in the 2016 modified championship.”

For 2017 John hopes to continue in the ITRC this time in R2 class, he also hopes to gain some gravel experience at the wheel of his Fiesta R2.

Also in attendance on the day was the 2016 #ITRC Junior Champion, Kevin Horgan. Kevin fought off stiff competition all year to come out as winner at the Cork 20 Rally with brother Stephen on the notes. While at M-Sport Kevin got to sample the new generation Ford Fiesta R2T & The Ford Fiesta R5.
