BREATHTAKING ENTRY FOR WEST CORK!!

As rallies go, nowadays if you get one hundred entries you are on a roll and cover your costs. Step in West Cork, 180 cars set to start the rally representing all categories and classes and you will have one successful rally.

With almost 80 #ITRC registered competitors in the line up (before registrations in West Cork) this is a milestone for the #ITRC and speaks volumes for the prestige that the Championship represents and the individual events that are part of the Championship.

Unfortunately we have lost some competitors to a clashing round of the BRC, however if you look at the entry in terms of quality and quantity, you would find it difficult to surpass it in any country in Europe. Without doubt Ireland has some of the best drivers in Europe competing in our own premier Championship and a look at the entry for West Cork is testament to that. 15 R5 cars will cross the start ramp on Saturday morning, three times winner Donagh Kelly will be there attempting to make it four in a row, together with a plethora of talented Modified competitors all vying for Championship points, where else would any rally fan want to be this St Patricks weekend.

Add to that the Historic and Junior entries and with the twenty four entries from across the water this speaks volumes for the West Cork rally and the #ITRC.

Whoever wins the overall International, whoever wins the Modified, whoever wins the Historic, whoever wins the Junior, whoever wins in all of the classes, they will certainly deserve it.
